IMPLEMENTATION OF LOCAL SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: TOGETHER WE GO LOCAL
The program is deployed through two strategies: support and prepare for participation in company bidding and adapt the purchasing process of the Corporation to simplify its contracting process. This program currently benefits 61 small and medium-sized businesses in Codelco's areas of influence.
